PROJECT 3 - HEALTH & NUTRITION
We believe healthy eating leads to healthy lifestyle. Hence, we work in partnership with Nutrifitcare (branch of saladmaster) to help lead the movement back to healthy home cooking. In this project of promoting healthy home cooking, we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our clients with cutting edge services. Hence, this project is carried out both virtual (online) and on site/homes to create more healthy cooking awareness as well as health and nutrition education .

PROJECT 4 - EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
We have worked with some schools - e.g, Dragon Heart Nursery. We analysed and implemented the best educational technologies suitable for the setting to help the young children learn and develop 21st century skills. We also implemented and trained staff and parents on how to use 'Tapestry', to enable easy and secure use of the online learning journal. This helped both staff and families to celebrate the children’s learning and development as the Tapestry builds an individual record of each child’s experiences, development and learning journey. We also used Bee-Bot’s to teach children control, directional language, basic programming and generally problem solving.

PROJECT 5 - HAF HOLIDAYS ACTIVITIES
We have worked in partnership with Chrysalis Manchester (including other charities) to deliver the HAF holiday project in both Summer and Christmas, 2022. Where we presents a holiday programme, featuring a wide range of enriching activities and nutritional education. Where the children (Age, 5 – 16 years) are supported and encouraged to cook healthy food and learn about nutrition education; exercise through various physical activities; and engage in creative skills such as sustainable sewing and bead making .

PROJECT 6 - MOSS-SIDE SOCIAL STITCHING GROUP
We currently deliver sustainable fashion workshop and co-ordinate the group 'Moss Side Social Stitching Group' situated at the Millennium Powerhouse on Raby street, Moss Side. Our sewing sessions currently run every Tuesday and it is all about upcycling, refashion and amendment. We train the ladies on how we can easily divert unwanted fabric/clothes which would have been sent to the landfill into something new and beautiful.
Hence, our sustainable projects focuses on Upcycling/Refashioning using old fabrics (such as curtains, bedsheets, old clothes and fabric books) while getting the isolated mothers to socialise, interact and have fun as they save the environment, improve their wellbeing, and learn new skills.
